Since we spoke about what is health and what is fitness, lets move on to the next topic-“Why exercise is important?”.

• Main reason is that it helps our daily activities easier and even in emergency situations that needs physical exertions we will be able to tackle it with utmost efficiency. Which we can call “General Physical Preparedness”.

• It also gives you lot of emotional and mental benefits.

• Increases your bone density which will reduce the risk of Osteoporosis as your age increases.

• The Hypertrophied muscles (strengthened muscles) reduces the risk of another disease that comes with age that is Sarcopenia.

Makes us look younger than our actual age.
