Is Exercise Good For Hypothyroidism?

Am not a doctor! But it’s been almost three years that I’ve been working in fitness industry. I am doing my best to gain as much as knowledge I can and deliver it to all of you.

Something that I noticed very common is that many of my female clients, friends and mutual friends have hypothyroidism. Which is a condition where our thyroid gland is under active and fails to produce enough thyroid hormones which effects our body temperature,heart rate and all aspects of metabolism.

Even though I haven’t have the personal experience, I do know how low it makes you feel from my close ones who is dealing with it.

I know exercise might feel like the last thing to try.But believe me it’ll make you feel better.Not only that exercise will help you keep your metabolic level high and help you maintain a healthy weight.

Am not asking much, but do try to kick start it with a 15 mins of exercise till you make it a habit. The Josh it brings you will alone be your motivation for the rest of your fitness journey.

I personally felt this as an important topic to talk about.So if any of you or your close ones are struggling with this; do start exercising.

Note: A healthy diet is as much as important as exercise.
