
Like I said in the previous blog this is just an continuation to explain little more in depth to the ones those wants to know the components that General Physical Preparedness (GPP) is dependant on and two types of Ageing.
So, our GPP is dependant on five Components of Fitness:
1) Cardio Respiratory Endurance
2) Muscular Endurance
3) Musculoskeletal Strngth
4) Flexibly
5) Ideal Body Composition
And the important part is that all the 5 are equally important! So, when you exercise; make sure to cover all five.
Now comes the types of Ageing:
1) Chronological Ageing: Which is a number that is time dependant and can’t be controlled(age on birth certificate).
2) Physical Age: It’s our physical state which can be controlled and is lifestyle dependent.Where exercise plays and important role.With great fitness protocol we can make our physical age lesser than the chronological age & when abused our physical age goes higher than our chronological age.
•Abused- CN<PA
•Sedentary – CN=PA
•Great Fitness Protocol – CN>PA
Note:When I said great fitness protocol it’s not just exercise! Our daily eating habits,sleep patterns,mental health all these plays important role.
