What is Health & What is Fitness?

So,before we talk about fitness facts and importance of it we need to know what is health and what is fitness.
Health is nothing but the absence of Pathology (pathology is abnormal functioning of the body ). Which we can say as normal functioning of the body.
And Fitness is our physical capabilities and functional capabilities .The part of fitness we all would like to know is combating degenerative forces of ageing.
